Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)
About Admicom
Admicom is a SaaS company that digitizes the building and construction ecosystem, helping businesses operate more efficiently in a sector undergoing rapid transformation. Founded in Finland and listed on the First North Helsinki stock exchange, we combine deep industry expertise with scalable digital solutions.
Now, as we enter a new strategic growth phase and evolve our organizational structure, we’re looking for a forward-thinking Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to join our executive leadership team and help shape the next chapter of our journey.
Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)
As Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), you will help shape Admicom’s long-term direction and lead strategic initiatives that drive scalable, sustainable growth. You’ll work in close partnership with the CEO, CFO and other members of the leadership team to define and execute company-wide strategy — including international expansion, operational development, and inorganic growth through M&A and partnerships.
You’ll play a key role in turning strategic goals into real-world impact — bringing clarity, focus and structure to complex business challenges. This role is ideal for a leader who combines sharp analytical thinking with a hands-on approach, and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where strategy meets execution.
Your key responsibilities include
Corporate strategy and execution
- Coordinate the development and refinement of Admicom’s long-term strategy, ensuring alignment with growth objectives, market trends and competitive positioning.
- Build and lead a structured, repeatable strategy execution process across the company.
- Oversee the strategic planning process with clear priorities, OKRs and accountabilities across functions.
- Drive strategic scenario planning, competitive analysis and risk assessment.
- Actively contribute to key initiatives such as international expansion, platform development and organizational transformation — ensuring alignment across all business units.
Market insight and customer focus
- Generate market insights on construction digitalization maturity, customer needs and regulatory trends.
- Support customer segmentation and help define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to sharpen commercial focus.
M&A and strategic partnerships
- Identify and assess new M&A and partnership opportunities that support platform growth and market expansion.
- Coordinate Admicom’s M&A funnel and manage key relationships with selected advisors.
- Lead due diligence, contribute to buy vs. build analyses, and support post-acquisition integration to ensure strategic and cultural fit.
Strategy execution metrics and financial linkage
- Define and track KPIs that connect strategic execution with measurable business impact, including ARR growth, market expansion success and product adoption.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure capital allocation aligns with long-term strategy and value creation.
- Review role-specific qualitative targets bi-annually, based on strategic initiatives and execution priorities.
Who are we looking for?
This role is a great fit for a strategic leader who brings high energy, a growth mindset, and a strong drive to move things forward. You are curious and action-oriented — someone who builds clarity where there is complexity and momentum where there is ambiguity. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, and you’re not afraid to challenge the status quo.
You have the confidence and charisma to represent Admicom in international settings and external strategic discussions, and the ability to be a credible voice both internally and externally. You are a natural communicator and collaborator, who inspires others through clarity, structure and action — not just slides. You're at your best in a culture that values initiative, learning and shared ownership.
What do we offer you?
We offer you a high-impact leadership role in a listed growth company, where you’ll have real influence on the strategic direction of the business. At Admicom, you’ll join a culture where we care, dare and grow — together and with purpose.
You’ll be trusted with strategic responsibility at the core of our growth. This means access to meaningful work across platform development, international expansion and organizational transformation — and the opportunity to shape how a growth company scales with impact.
The role can be performed from our Helsinki office in Finland, or internationally within Europe, with flexible hybrid arrangements. While we support location flexibility, we also believe in meaningful in-person collaboration — especially during key planning and review cycles.
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- 7+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, or strategic transformation
- Experience in a SaaS or technology company
- Proven record in strategic planning, including international expansion or M&A
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics and recurring revenue models
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Experience working closely with boards and leadership teams in high-growth environments
- Familiarity with the construction industry or ecosystem is considered an advantage, but not required
