Head of Product Enablement
Ready to build the next-generation product operations model?
Admicom is a Finnish-born, publicly listed SaaS company transforming the construction and industrial ecosystem through digitalization. As part of our growth strategy and continued organizational development, we’re hiring for a new, strategically important role: Head of Product Enablement.
This new position combines product operations leadership with product ownership of shared product functionalities, playing a key role in driving our international expansion and product scalability. We’re looking for a strong product leader to shape the role and help scale Admicom’s product development capabilities globally.
What will you do?
As Head of Product Enablement, your responsibilities will span two core areas:
1. Product Operations & Enablement Leadership
You’ll develop and implement scalable product management processes together with product, engineering, support, sales, and customer success stakeholders.
You will lead shared resources such as designers, project managers, and product specialists (in collaboration with dedicated team leads).
You’ll coach and support over 10 product teams to adopt common development practices and governance, and bring structure, insight, and operational support to the full product lifecycle — from idea to retirement.
2. Product Domain Leadership
You’ll lead the development of cross-cutting service management capabilities such as SSO, onboarding, subscription management, and billing.
You will drive roadmap planning and prioritization for the domain in close collaboration with other product leaders.
You’ll ensure scalability and commercial readiness of core systems supporting our subscription business model and customer experience.
What do we expect from you?
We’re looking for someone who has already led at scale and is now ready to make an even bigger impact — someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership in a fast-scaling, multi-team environment.
You’ll need:
- Solid experience leading product operations or managing scaled product teams in a modern B2B SaaS environment
- A proven track record in creating product management processes and rolling them out across international organizations with multiple teams
- Hands-on understanding of the full product lifecycle: insights gathering, product discovery, delivery, and commercialization.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across business, tech, and customer functions
- Experience in change leadership and the ability to align senior stakeholders and coach teams through transformation
- A strategic thinker with the ability to execute — someone who enjoys turning ambiguity into structure and is motivated by building things from the ground up
These criteria outline the capabilities we believe are important for success in this role. However, we don’t expect perfection. We're looking for a hands-on, ambitious product leader with the curiosity and drive to scale impact in a fast-evolving environment.
The role is based in Helsinki or Jyväskylä, and you’ll work closely with our Chief Product Officer and other senior leaders. Fluency in English is required, and skills in Finnish are considered a valuable bonus.
