Strategy Analyst
As a Strategy Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting Admicom’s Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and leadership team in shaping and executing our growth strategy. This is a highly impactful role at the intersection of strategy, M&A and international expansion, ideal for someone who thrives on turning data and analysis into clear business recommendations and wants to grow their strategic and analytical capabilities in a dynamic environment.
You’ll work closely with Henna Kotilainen, our Chief Strategy Officer, and senior stakeholders to provide structured analysis, facilitate strategic follow-up, and ensure decisions are grounded in insight. This role offers a unique vantage point into how a listed SaaS company plans, grows and scales, giving you the opportunity to contribute to meaningful strategic work and learn from experienced leaders.
You have a few years (around 2–3) of relevant experience, ideally from consulting or in-house strategy or analysis roles, and you’re motivated to develop your skills further in a hands-on, fast-moving environment. You’ve already built the foundations of a strong analytical toolkit and are motivated to keep expanding it while working on real strategic challenges.
Your key responsibilities include
In this role, you will support the CSO and leadership team in developing, refining and executing Admicom’s company strategy. You’ll help facilitate the strategy execution follow-up process, including strategic priorities and review cadences, and turn insights and progress into clear updates and decision materials for leadership.
You’ll work on strategic analyses and business insights that help guide Admicom’s growth agenda. This includes gathering, structuring and analysing data on our markets, customers and business performance to identify trends, opportunities and risks. You’ll help ensure that strategic decisions are grounded in robust insight, and you’ll develop analytical materials and models that bring clarity to complex data and support data-driven decision-making.
In addition, you’ll contribute to Admicom’s M&A and international expansion agenda. This includes supporting M&A pipeline development, from market screening and target identification to evaluation, and preparing company profiles and business cases for leadership discussions. You’ll also assist in due diligence preparation and integration planning where needed.
The role is based in Helsinki, Finland, and we offer flexible ways of working, including the possibility to work remotely and occasional travel when needed.
What do you need to succeed in this role?
Must-have skills
- Strong analytical skills — both quantitative and qualitative.
- Solid business acumen and structured problem-solving approach.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills: you can summarize complex topics clearly and build alignment.
- Fluency in English and Finnish, both spoken and written, is required for this role.
Nice-to-have skills
- Experience in M&A.
- Background in strategy work (consulting, corporate strategy, or business analysis).
- Understanding of the construction or SaaS industry.
